وأثار عمايري الجدل بتصريحاته في البرنامج عن طليقته النجمة أمل عرفة، حيث سألته الزعبي ان كان يختار ما بين الذهاب إلى زفاف عرفة أو رؤيتها بدور جريء فأجاب: “بروح على عرسا وبخربلا ياه”.
